The Markantonatou family through four generation have cultivated their olive groves and robola grape vines using timeless traditional methods.
During the autumn months the olives and grapes are ripe for picking and the harvesting begins, to ensure the most superior tasting oil the olives are taken immediately to the mill in Vlahata and pressed, then bottled in Pessada.
For many years the family have used the oil and wine for their own consumption, we are now delighted that the Extra virgin olive oil and Robola wine are now available for all to enjoy and can be purchased at La Mer restaurant.
